The following are rules applicable to Grand Seiko GS9 Club (Canada Chapter). Seiko Hong Kong Limited, Canada Branch (“SHKCB”) reserves the right to amend or revise these Grand Seiko GS9 Club (Canada Chapter) Club rules at any time by posting of revised Grand Seiko GS9 Club Rules on https://grandseikogs9clubcan.com/.
The Grand Seiko GS9 Club (Canada Chapter) is a membership only club that is available to eligible Grand Seiko watch owners who sign up to become members of the Grand Seiko GS9 Club (Canada Chapter).
To be eligible you must have purchased, on or after April 1st, 2021, a Grand Seiko watch (an “Eligible Grand Seiko Watch”) from an authorized Grand Seiko Boutique, Salon, or Mastershop store located in Canada (“Authorized Retailer”). A list of the Grand Seiko authorized Grand Seiko Boutique, Salon, and Mastershop stores is available on https://www.grand-seiko.com/ca-en/storesinfo.
As part of registration on the Grand Seiko GS9 Club (Canada Chapter), you will need to upload a photo of your Eligible Grand Seiko Watch and a copy of your sales receipt from an Authorized Retailer.
Grand Seiko reserves the right to refuse membership in the Grand Seiko GS9 Club (Canada Chapter) to any person in its sole discretion (for any reasons or for no reason).
Images of Grand Seiko watches uploaded on the Grand Seiko GS9 Club (Canada Chapter) site must be tactful and appropriate images that include your Grand Seiko watch. Inappropriate images are not permitted.
Gift items provided to Grand Seiko GS9 Club (Canada Chapter) Club members are for personal use and not for resale and, as a result, should not be sold or offered for sale.
Login information is personal to a member and should not be shared with any other person.
Exclusive content available only to Grand Seiko GS9 Club (Canada Chapter) members should not be shared with any non-members, whether by providing the images or cut and pasting the text of such content onto other websites (without SHKCB’s prior express written consent).
Grand Seiko GS9 Club has or may have GS9 Clubs based in other countries outside of Canada. Membership in the Grand Seiko GS9 Club (Canada Chapter) (for Canadian members only) does not afford the Grand Seiko GS9 Club member with any rights or membership in any Grand Seiko GS9 Club for residents of any other countries.
Grand Seiko GS9 Club (Canada Chapter) will not ship Grand Seiko merchandise outside of Canada.
Violation of these Grand Seiko GS9 Club (Canada Chapter) Club Rules may result in suspension or termination of your rights and privileges as a Grand Seiko GS9 Club (Canada Chapter) member, in SHKCB’s sole discretion.
SHKCB reserves the right to terminate the Grand Seiko GS9 Club (Canada Chapter) at any time and for any reason.
